General Questions:


Do you travel? What are your travel fees?
We’re available to travel pretty much anywhere! We love to travel and have our passports ready!
Travel fees for locations within a 20 mile radius of 28303 are covered in the session fee. If your location falls outside of that radius, feel free to email us for a quote! We do our best to keep the travel fees minimal, but because rates vary…it’s best to just get in touch with us.

Do you offer anything besides prints?
Yes! We offer tons of awesome products! Gorgeous flush-mount albums, high-quality canvases and bamboo mounted prints, announcements + cards, and  much more. Email us for specifics.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Of course!


We just finished our super fun session. When can we see our images?
We will have a small preview ready for you within one week of your session. And your gallery will be ready in approximately three to five weeks.


How long will it take to receive our orders?
Print orders will be ready approximately two weeks after your order is placed. Canvases, photo albums, and other specialty or custom items may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the item.


Do you offer retouching?
Yes.


Can I purchase a disc of all of my images?
Definitely! Once the minimum print order is met, all of the images in your online gallery will be available to purchase either individually or as a set

Do you both take photos?
We do!
Do you have a print minimum?
Our print minimum for portrait sessions is $150.


We really like your work but we already have specific ideas in mind. Will you work with us?
Of course! We’re always open to ideas and suggestions. Our goal is always to make you happy.


Where will we go for our session?
We’ll go anywhere you’d like. You can let us know if you already have a location or two in mind – or we’ll be happy to give you a list of fabulous places.


Newborns + Families: I like the idea of an in-home shoot, but my house is small. Will it still look good in photos?
Not a problem! We really just need a window. The size of the room isn’t too important – and we’ll probably end up outside for some of the shots anyway, weather permitting.



Wedding & Event Related Questions:


Will you both be shooting our wedding?
Yes, we (Ashley + David) both attend every wedding together. Ashley works as the primary photographer, with David as her second shooter and assistant. This is an arrangement we’ve perfected over the last 4 years and we love working together!


What if your camera breaks?
We always carry backup equipment to ensure that we don’t miss a single moment.


Are you willing to customize a package if none of yours fits our needs?
We will do our best to work with you on a customized package if none of our collections suit your needs.


Will you be photographing another wedding or event on the same day as our wedding?
No! We never double book. The entire day will be devoted to your wedding.


What if we change the date of our wedding?
As long as we don’t already have a wedding on that date, it shouldn’t be a problem. We’ll do our best to work something out. If we end up being unavailable, we’ll be happy to recommend another photographer. Just remember – the $700 retainer is nonrefundable.


Can I take a copy of the contract to read before I sign it?
Yes! Just ask for a sample and we’ll send one over! Take your time and look it over as long as you’d like. And feel free to let us know if you have any questions.
